ASDE Merch!

Do you want to wear your SDE pride on your chest? Maybe glance at it every time you take a sip of coffee? Or swing it around on a tote bag? WE do! We have finally created and released an ASDE Merch store. From the ASDE logo, itself, to a rainbow-colored Lifelong Learner emblem, we have fun designs and sayings that can spark curiosity from even the schoolish-minded ;). Even more exciting: we will be making open calls for submission designs soon (more on that coming)!

Supporting you in Shifting Towards Partnership with the Kids in your Life

Offerings from Bria Bloom:

This November & December I’m launching my very first Group Parent Coaching Cohorts

These cohorts are great for anyone looking for coaching in a supportive, community-based environment. We will have ample chances to dive into specific scenarios, and also to learn from the needs and experiences of other parents involved in this partnership journey.

It is life-changing to shift to a relationship with young people based in partnership and mutual support.

I’m Bria, and I absolutely love supporting parents and facilitators in this shift. With over 15 years of experience working with kids and their families, as a parent of a toddler and a teen, and as a person raised as an unschooler and in a trusting, partnership-based relationship with my own parents, I have so much to offer. I know it works because I have lived it since birth.

There is no formula for this path. It is all about your relationships, the values you hold, and the people involved in the relationships that inform how to communicate and partner with one another. I don’t have prescriptive one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work with you as individuals and communities and support you in finding your way through this challenging but remarkable work.

I also offer options for one-on-one coaching, sessions for schools or centers, and options for a four-session series with specific themes to support folks in this work. Check out all my offerings and learn more about me here.

Sign-up for the mailing list to receive updates and ongoing offers.

You can also read stories and reflections from my life as a parent at my Substack!

The Shift — Puerto Rico, November 2025

The Shift is a 7-day immersive training for adults who are ready to go all in. It’s an embodied, relational journey to unlearn schoolishness, power-over dynamics, and fear-based control – and instead embrace trust, freedom, and consent as the foundation for learning and living. Why does this matter? Because when we shift how we relate, we open space for deeper connection, healing, and liberation – for ourselves, our kids, and our communities.

A parallel Kids Camp runs alongside the adult training, giving the whole family a chance to experience a consent-based, self-directed culture in action. To make it accessible, there’s a sliding scale for registration, housing opportunities on site, and 5 x $200 credits (offered by My Reflection Matters Village) that can be used toward registration and/or Kids Camp.

Hosted by My Reflection Matters Village, founded by Chemay Morales-James, and facilitated by Radical Learning (Sari & Becka), this gathering is about disrupting adultism and supremacy culture, and co-creating new ways of living and learning together.

As Chemay puts it:
“This is the shift: moving from convincing to creating, from enduring to imagining, from surviving within broken systems to building beyond them.”

If this resonates, join us this November in Borikรฉ/Puerto Rico.
