The Peace School is delighted to welcome Je’anna Clements, a globally recognized children’s rights advocate, author, and speaker, to The Peace School’s webinar series.

Je’anna is the co-founder of Riverstone Village, a Sudbury-style democratic school in South Africa, and a founding member of the Rights-Centric Education Network. She has also served on the Oversight Committee of the European Democratic Education Community (EUDEC) and advised several democratic schools around the world.

In this webinar on “Education and Inculturation,” Je’anna will explore why nurturing a culture of peace in education is essential and how schools can empower all children, including those with diverse needs, to access inclusive, humanist, and learner-centred environments.
